Tips To Improve The Efficiency Of Foreign Trade

So as foreign trader, how do we improve the efficiency of work?

  • the most important things.

Every morning (or the night before), focus on listing the 3 or 4 most important things to do today and finish those first. Even if you don't get anything else done other than these important things, you still have a very productive day.

  •  Big things.

It's the big project you've been working on all along. Dedicate time each day or week to do it, step by step.

  • One in, one out.

Avoid chaos by substituting the principle. Every time you buy something new, throw away (or donate) the old one. For example, you buy a new dress, then throw away an old one. (Similar to the "one in, two out" principle, which is useful when you feel like you're overwhelmed by your stuff)

  • Brainstorming.

Many people take this line of thinking: start with what you're thinking about (maybe a problem you need to solve, or a topic you want to describe, etc.), then write down whatever idea comes to mind, and then expand to subtopics of each idea and subtopics of subtopics. After a while, you'll be surprised at how many creative ideas you have yourself.

  •  Keep a record at all times.

Keep something handy to record with you: pen and paper, a PDA, a stack of cards. Capture every idea that flashes through your mind whether it's an idea for a project you might work on, or an appointment you need to finalize, or something you want to buy next time you go to the store, anything. Take it out often and categorize it one by one into a to-do list, a file, a log book, etc.

  • SMART Goals.

A name used to describe setting, reaching your goals, and avoiding setting goals that are not real.

The five elements of goal management SMART, specifically refers to the letters: Specific (specific), Measurable (measurable), Attainable (achievable), Relevant (relevant), and Time-Base (time-bound) shorthand.

  • 8/2 guideline.

In a nutshell, this guideline says that most of the achievements come from a small part of the actual work, which in turn means that most of our energy is spent on things that are not very important. dentify the most critical part of your work and focus your energy on that as much as possible. 8.

  • Solve things once and for all.

Don't bank on leaving things for later. Each time you deal with your email, ask yourself "how do I deal with this" and either do it, put it on your agenda, pass it on to someone else to do, or file it.

  • Templates.

Create templates for repetitive tasks that you do regularly, such as emails, replies from clients, blog updates, etc.

  •  Know how to say no.

Learning to say "no" to new commissions, interruptions, anything is an important skill to keep you focused on your projects.

  •  Settl

Allow yourself to fail. Release the pressure to be perfect at the beginning of a project. Tell yourself you'll go back and fix the problems, but for now, let's just leave it at that.

  •  Talk to yourself.

Schedule a period of time for yourself each week. Think about the state of your own work: what's on track, what's not; have I made any mistakes? What can I do to change? Let yourself know yourself.

Regardless of the environment, the only thing that can change is yourself, so improve yourself is the key.
