Classical guitars have very strict requirements on playing methods, plucking methods, and nail trimming. Compared with classical guitars, the performance of acoustic guitars is relatively free and casual.
Acoustic guitar can be played either standing or sitting. Sitting and playing generally put the right leg on the left leg, so that the resonance box of the guitar is recessed on the right leg. There are also legs flat on the ground, with the guitar's soundbox recessed on the right leg. If you are standing, you have to fasten the strap and sling it between your shoulders. In either position, the body should be relaxed and the headstock tilted slightly upward.
